  • 65% Cabernet Franc, 35% Merlot. Aged in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in March 2007. Released in May 2007 Nose – Lovely strawberry and watermelon aromas. Taste –A very dry style with a lot of texture and freshness. A true dry rosé with a very refreshing finish. Food Pairing – Great with cheese and fruit, as well as picnics and hamburgers.
